Opis mikropoświadczenia

Mikropoświadczenie potwierdzające zaawansowane kompetencje w zakresie diagnostyki i leczenia ortodontycznego pacjentów z rozszczepami wargi, wyrostka zębodołowego i podniebienia, a także współpracy w interdyscyplinarnym zespole terapeutycznym. Mikropoświadczenie uzyskało 12 uczestników.

Microcredential provides proof of qualifications in advanced orthodontic treatment. Upon successful completion of the course and the final examination, participants identify and explain the complex theoretical principles and clinical protocols governing patients with cleft lip and palate. Through the integration of theory and practice, participants apply clinical techniques and execute specific care procedures during practical sessions. The achievement of these outcomes is documented through a microcredential, which validates the participant's qualifications for transparent presentation to employers or the National Health Fund (NFZ). Microcredentials may be accumulated and combined into larger, structured credentials required for the attainment of, inter alia, a specialist title or an MSc degree. Furthermore, the awarded microcredentials will be officially reported to a District Medical Chamber, enabling formal verification and documentation of continuing professional development.

The holder:

  • Plans and initiates orthodontic treatment for patients with cleft lip and palate

  • Communicates and cooperates within the therapeutic team

  • Performs orthodontic diagnostic procedures

  • Applies appropriate orthodontic appliances and techniques

  • Identifies complications and prevents common treatment errors

Wymagania wstępne

  • Target audience:
    Specialists in orthodontics and oral surgery, as well as all specialists (dentists and physicians) who treat patients with cleft lip and palate.

  • Requirements: Basic knowledge of the principles of orthodontic treatment and management of cleft lip and palate patients.

  • Successful completion of the knowledge test (minimum 60% correct answers), correct performance of the assigned practical task.

  • test wielokrotnego wyboru, 24 pytania z jedną prawidłową odpowiedzią (MCQ type A test), 45 minut

  • weryfikacja prawidłowego wykonania zadań praktycznych podczas zadań klinicznych
